Facility description
Laser repair machine is a laser repair system designed for TFT-LCD display panels. The equipment is equipped with American ESI(New wave) QUIK Laze, EzLaze, REV-3018 series laser systems (including Laser Head, Laser Power), precision optical imaging systems (laser processing/observation special microscope, laser processing special optical objective lens, image observation objective lens), X/Y/Z motor drive system, electronic control system, pneumatic shock absorber system, precision marble platform, etc. This equipment can achieve high-precision and low-cost repair of display screen defects in finished and semi-finished LCD products, and greatly improve process yield and operating efficiency.

3. Operation mode
3-1 software functional
(1)The laser macro mode operation function provides three laser processing modes: Point / Line / Block. The laser parameters in the Recipe are based on the path and type of pre-repair taught by the user on the screen, and a one-time quick repair is performed after the teaching.
(2)Laser manual operation firing function.

(4)The Recipe archiving function provides the Recipe archiving function for laser parameters/substrate parameters.
(5)The mouse pull box to open Slit function uses the mouse to pull boxes on the screen to directly open the Slit size corresponding to the Laser.
